Meet me

I help women feel like themselves again

My name is Evgenia Davydova. I teach pole dance, pole acrobatics, movement and stretching. I am also a psychologist by education.

Wives, mothers and professionals come to my classes feeling tired, overwhelmed and sometimes disconnected from themselves. Through movement, they gradually rediscover their individuality, grace and confidence.

After class, I want you to feel more alive, enjoy being yourself, dress for your own pleasure and reconnect with the woman you are.

What if…

  1. 01

…you could learn to love your reflection?

  2. 02

…you could feel light, vibrant and graceful after 50?

  3. 03

…you could move with greater freedom and fewer feelings of heaviness and limitation?

  4. 04

…your example could inspire someone who still thinks, “That could never be me”?

Five directions

Choose the movement that speaks to you

You can begin without preparation, flexibility or confidence. I will meet you where you are.

01

Heels pole dance — exotic

Soft, flowing movement, musicality and the pleasure of your own expression.

02

Pole acrobatics

Tricks and combinations taught through clear, gradual technical progress.

03

Stretching

Mobility, posture and body lines without the belief that progress must mean suffering.

04

Healthy Back

An informed movement practice developed through study and personal experience.

05

Floorwork

Soft, expressive movement on the floor and through space — no pole required.

Take a step towards yourself

Thousands of women have passed through my classes, and I have never met one who simply ‘was not made for it.’

I have met many who lacked support and allowed fear, doubt or other people’s assumptions to stop them.

If you have ever dreamed of dancing, feeling proud of yourself or catching admiring glances, write to me. I will help you meet the version of yourself for whom this is already becoming real.
