Meet me

I’m 41. And I know it is never too late to begin

I’m 41, a mother of two adult children, and a woman who will leave you in no doubt that your forties can be your best twenties.

Sport and dance entered my life only when I was 26. I was neither a ballerina nor a gymnast as a child. In fact, I was exempt from physical education at school for health reasons.

That is why I understand the woman who sees a beautiful movement and thinks, ‘It is too late for me,’ ‘I am not flexible enough,’ or ‘I will never manage that.’

I will not show you a body shaped by years of training and pretend that you can stand up from an office chair at 35 and achieve the same thing tomorrow.

I will show you how to begin with the body, experience and possibilities you have today. You can become more graceful, light and toned while protecting your health and strengthening your self-respect.

You do not need to arrive prepared. You only need the desire to try.

I did not begin as a child either. That is why I know how many possibilities can open up for an adult woman.
