Five directions

Choose the movement that speaks to you

You can arrive without preparation, flexibility or confidence. We will begin from where you really are.

01

Heels pole dance — exotic

Soft, flowing and expressive movement. We work with body lines, musicality, femininity and the pleasure of your own movement.

02

Pole acrobatics

Pole tricks and combinations taught through clear, gradual technical progress. Suitable even if you currently think, ‘My arms are too weak’ or ‘I cannot do a pull-up.’ Photographs that make you ask, ‘Is that really me?’ often become a treasured part of the journey.

03

Stretching

Stretching without the belief that progress has to mean suffering. We work with mobility, posture, body lines and the way movement feels.

04

Healthy Back

My own class, developed over many years through study and my personal experience of rebuilding movement after serious back and shoulder difficulties.

We do more than repeat exercises: I explain how movement works and why each element matters. Attend regularly and you may accidentally leave with an education.

This class does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation. Consult a doctor first if you have pain, an injury or medical restrictions.

05

Floorwork — movement without a pole

For anyone who does not want to spend life thinking, ‘I am made of wood.’ We learn to move softly, expressively and freely on the floor and through space. The sharp joy of being born a woman comes as a gift.

Questions I hear most often

Can I start without any dance experience?
Yes. I started dancing at 26, so I remember the first class from the inside. We begin from your real level and build the movement step by step.
Do I need strong arms before trying pole?
No. The strength comes from the work itself. At the beginning most of the time goes to technique, a safe grip and simple transitions, and I adjust the load to what your body can do that day.
Is it too late to start after 40?
It is not. Adult women make up a large part of my classes. We keep the pace your body asks for and pay attention to your back, joints and breathing.
What if I feel uncomfortable with my body?
That feeling is welcome here. I teach movement, not a body standard, and nothing is filmed or shown to anyone unless you want it. For most people ease grows as the movement becomes familiar.
How do I choose a class?
Tell me what you want to feel and I will suggest a direction: pole for expression, pole acrobatics for strength and tricks, stretching or the Healthy Back class for mobility, floorwork if you would rather stay away from the pole at first.

Take a step towards yourself

Thousands of women have passed through my classes, and I have never met one who simply ‘was not made for it.’

I have met many who lacked support and allowed fear, doubt or other people’s assumptions to stop them.

If you have ever dreamed of dancing, feeling proud of yourself or catching admiring glances, write to me. I will help you meet the version of yourself for whom this is already becoming real.
